Kenneth Lee "Coach" Bundy, 72 of Bridgeport, AL, died August 22, 2013 at Grandview Medical Center in Jasper, TN. Kenneth was the son of the late Garrett Ford and Edna Alice Jones Bundy born June 30, 1941 in Harlan, KY. He was a member of Gadsden, AL Local Union #498. He had worked as a pipefitter-welder at TVA Bellefonte Nuclear Plant in Scottsboro, AL.
Besides his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his first wife Tanya Dale Maxson Bundy; siblings: Jerry Wayne Bundy, Brenda Joyce Maggard, and Virginia Ann Powell.
Survivors include his wife Patricia Darlene Richardson Bundy; children: Cassondra Lee Bundy (James) Sentenn of Horn Lake, MS, Trina Joyce Bundy of Bridgeport, AL, LaTrishia Marie Bundy (Richard) Smith of Flat Rock, AL, Kenneth Lee "Bird" (Lori) Bundy, Jr. of Bridgeport, AL; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters: Hannah Louise Zarka of CA, Glenda Gail Atkins of KY; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Friday, 4-9 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The funeral service will be Saturday, August 24, at 4 PM CDT at the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Michael Gass. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. wwwrudderfuneralhomes.com.
