Linda Sue Davis, 60 of Stevenson, AL passed away unexpectedly June 16, 2008 at her home. She was a member of Gonce Church of Christ and was a retired license practical nurse having worked at North Jackson Nursing Home, Cloverdale and and Life Care Red Bank.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents William Rube and Willie B. Wilkerson Davis; brothers Albert Wilson "Billy" Stewart and Raymond Davis.
She is survived by her children John Robert (Brandi) Rudder of Stevenson, Jill (William) Selby of Stevenson, Joy Rudder of Cleveland, TN, Reed (Jennifer) Rudder, Jr. of Stevenson; grandchildren: Allie, Seth, Taylor and Lindi; brother and sisters: Richard Davis of Stevenson, Carolyn Jackson of Nashville area, TN, Kathleen Trusty of Stevenson, Shirley Bloodworth of Homewood, IL, Betty Draper and Patsy Summers both of Stevenson; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Wednesday 5-9 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral will be Thursday, June 19, at 2 PM CDT at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Cumberland Cemetery in Stevenson, AL.
