I will always have fond memories of Uncle Jr. Since we didn't leave close we would go to Scottsboro every summer for 30 days. I was always able to spend the night several times with Aunt Rachel and Uncle Jr and had a wonderful time which made for great childhood memories. Uncle Jr. you will be missed. Patsy Evett Waters

Junior was always the one you could talk to about anything. I remember when my dad died and Junior let me drive his car from the funeral in Decatur to the graveyard in Scottsboro. He just knew how to take your mind off things. Had many fun times with him and Rachel. He would always have you laughing.
