Louise Tucker Bibbs' Obituary
In loving memory of Mrs. Louise Tucker Bibbs, who left this life on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Mrs. Bibbs was born to the late Mrs. Annie Mae Tucker and Mr. Lawrence Tucker, Sr. of Hollywood, AL. She was married to the late Mr. W.C. Bibbs, who was a Navy Veteran, and to this union they had five children.
Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Bibbs was also preceded in death by her son, Allen Bibbs; mother-in-law, Mrs. Canna Giles; sisters, Clinese Provines, Lorean Griffin, Geraldine Tucker, Mary Rose Washington, Robbie Edwards, and Allie Ruth Tucker; brothers, Lawrence Tucker and Herman Roosevelt Tucker.
Mrs. Bibbs is survived by her children, Mrs. Carolyn Fennell, Mrs. Betty Jackson, Mrs. Ailene Scarbourough, and Mr. Junior Ray Bibbs; sisters, Ruby Boyd, Bettye Torbert, Lucille Matthews, and Linda Tucker; brother, Billy Ray Tucker; sister-in-law, Rosa Tucker; special friend, Mr. Johnny Gordon; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation for Mrs. Bibbs will be Monday, August 21, 2017 from 12-2 pm at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro, with the funeral service beginning at 2 pm in the chapel. Burial will follow at Old Baptist Cemetery. Condolences may be made at www.rudderfuneralhomes.com.
