Mrs. Lucy Wynn Downey's Obituary
Mrs. Wynn Jones Downey 95 of Scottsboro, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Highlands Medical Center after a short illness.
The family will receive friends from 11:30-12:30 PM on Saturday, May 25. 2013 at Rudder Funeral Home
in Scottsboro. The funeral will be Graveside at 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Downey is survived by daughters, Rachel Downey Howland of Birmingham and Martha (Ray) Downey Chapman of Scottsboro.
Sister, Dr. Mary Louise and Dr. Ernest Mickler of Tuscaloosa, AL
Six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
Mrs. Downey was preceded in death by husband, Jack Downey, parents, Leroy King and Mary Louise Jones, and brother, King Jones.
