Mrs. Mary Beth Blackburn Winchester's Obituary
Mary Beth Blackburn Winchester, age 68 of Scottsboro passed away Friday, March 29, 2019. Mrs. Winchester was both a teacher and the director of The Children’s Place Daycare in Scottsboro, Alabama for over 17 years. She was a loving wife, mother, “Grandmas,” and friend to everyone who knew her. Mrs. Winchester is survived by her children, Leslie (Marty) Gray, Charlie Winchester, Sally (Wesley) Black and Rebecca (Benton) West; grandchildren, Brooke Slaten (Grant Beck), Jake Slaten, Tyler Winchester, Meredith Black, Judd Black and Lexi Mason; sibling Glenn K. (Joyce) Blackburn, Jr.; a host of nieces and nephews and brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Charles David Winchester, Sr., and her parents Glenn and Edith Blackburn.
