Mary Renee Purdy, 52 of Chattanooga, TN, formerly of Stevenson, AL, died Wednesday, July 14, 2010.
Renee Graduated from Stevenson High School, Class of 1976.
Ms. Purdy was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Lindsay Purdy and Barrion G. Purdy; uncle Tommy Lindsay; grandparents: Bill and Mary Claire Lindsay, Mr. and Mrs. G.A. "Red" Purdy.
She is survived by her sister Karen A. Purdy of Dallas, TX, brother Barrion L. Purdy of Bridgeport, AL; uncle Johnny Lindsay of Greenville, SC, aunt Nancy Tanner of Bridgeport, AL.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM CDT, Tuesday, July 20, at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL with Rev. Larry Glass and the Rev. Jim Bernard officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the Memorial Service. Memorials may be made to your local Humana Society. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com.
