Michael Ray Richardson, 58 originally from Bridgeport, AL, died July 19, 2016 in Huntsville Hospital. Michael was the son of the late Lorenzo Earl and Lizzie Bell Hughes Richardson born June 12, 1958 in Scottsboro, AL. Michael had been a resident of Volunteers of America #20 in Huntsville, AL.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings: Shirley Smith, Lula Long, Donnie Richardson and Ernest Richardson.
Survivors include his siblings: Christine Richardson of Orme, TN, Janie (Leonard) Havner of Jasper, TN, William Richardson and James Richardson both of Bridgeport, AL, and Nancy Richardson of NC; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Thursday, 10 AM to 9 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The Funeral Service will be Friday, July 22, at 2 PM CDT in the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Todd Lint and Rev. John Sitz. Interment will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Bridgeport, AL. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com.
