Nancy Gamble Wilkerson's Obituary
Nancy Carolyn Gamble Wilkerson, 81 of Stevenson, AL, died January 1, 2018 at Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro, AL. Nancy was the daughter of the late Luther and Amanda Evelyn Vinson Gamble, born February 6, 1936 in Stevenson, AL. She was a Stevenson High School Class of 1954 Graduate and had attended Montevallo University. She had been a teacher at Rash Elementary School for several years.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years John Willie "P-Nut" Wilkerson; sons Jeffrey Scott Wilkerson of Stevenson and John Steven (Benji) Wilkerson of Winchester, TN; grandchildren: Connor Scott Wilkerson, John Colby Wilkerson and Gracie Hannah Wilkerson.
Visitation will be Thursday 5-8 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson. The funeral service will be Friday, January 5, at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Bill Stone. Interment will be in the Stevenson City Cemetery. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
