Ms. Nina Mae Johnston's Obituary
Nina Mae Johnston, 89, of Woodville passed away November 5, 2015 at her home surrounded by family.
A lifelong resident of Jackson County, Ms Johnston was born March 27, 1926 to the late Sanford and Annie Brown.
Survivors include granddaughters, Tracey (Jim) Smith of Indianapolis, IN, and Robin Campbell Burke of Salina, KS; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Lorene Johnston of Woodville, AL; brothers, Raymond Brown of Indianapolis, IN, and Kenneth Brown of Scottsboro, AL. Ms. Johnston was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Johnston; daughter, Judy Keith; brothers, Bill, Bob, Albert, and Oran Brown; and her parents.
Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro, AL. Funeral services will begin at 11 A.M. on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from Rudder Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro, AL with Bro. Neil Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens in Hollywood, AL.
