I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Nora. Although I haven’t known her a long time or that well, I felt close to her. I had only visited her a few times with my cousin, Anita Proctor, who often worked for her. She always enjoyed showing me the quilt she was working on, and I talked to her many times on the phone usually about Anita. I was invited to ( and attended) her birthday celebration at Section Baptist Church a couple of years ago. She was so happy to see me! I know Anita loved her dearly and cried as if it was her mother when I told her of Mrs. Nora’s death. I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to your family and pray God will give you the needed peace and comfort needed as you endure life without Mrs. Nora. She was a precious jewel. Please, too, add Anita Proctor to your prayer list as she battles the demon, cancer. ~~Brenda Brown~~Section
