I just now saw this after seeing George's obituary and leaving a tribute. The same can be said about Ola as was George. Two of the finest people I knew. My prayers are with their family members. I can just imagine how great they were as grandparents!!!

I went to church at Roaches Cove for many years. George and Ola, along with my parents, were such an example of a Christian marriage. We’ve been taught about heaven our whole life and now you are experiencing it first hand. Fly high George and Ola! You deserve heaven!
Praying for Mrs. Ola's family during this very sad and heartbreaking time. To know Mrs. Ola Atchley was to LOVE HER. She always had a beautiful smile and she loved to sing and serve the Lord with all her heart. I will truly MISS her, my heart is broken and our Church will never be the same without her and Mr. George sitting right in front of us on Sunday morning. Mrs. Ola taught our son in Sunday School and they loved each other very much. Mrs. Ola loved ALL her little children she taught and they loved her as well. If tears could bring Mrs. Ola and Mr. George back to us I assure you they would be with us right now. This is so hard to accept but I know God only takes the very BEST. I will always keep her and Mr. George in my heart. It's not goodbye, it's Tom, Tommy and Rita will see you again in Heaven one day Mrs. Ola Atchley.
