Opal Angel Fay Kelly was born October 14, 1962 to the late Ernest Franklin York and Opal Ruth Hampton.
On November 10, 2018 at the age of 56 God called her home. She has one son Michael (Tara) Talley, and 4 brothers Doyle, Glenn, Danny and Randy York from Scottsboro, AL. and Georgia.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Megan Baker, parents Ernest Franklin York and Opal Ruth Hampton.
Fay was married to Darrell Ugene “Geno” Kelly, 2 stepsons Stantaz Kelly, Chase Jackson, 5 grandchildren Shale, Madison Walker Talley from TN., Zaiah Kelly, Tyson Kelly from Scottsboro, AL.
Fay left 3 sister in-laws Cynthia Marie Kelly, Norma Jean Kelly
and Mary (Jerald) Hutchins, 3 brother in-laws Robert Lewis (Rhonda) Kelly, Gerry Paul Kelly and Barry Lewis Kelly from Scottsboro, AL. and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
