Ms Pamela Jean Provens' Obituary
With heartfelt condolences, we announce the passing of Pamela Jean Provens, who departed this life on June 29, 2025, in Huntsville, Alabama, at the age of 51.
Pamela was born on October 4, 1973, in Scottsboro, Alabama. Throughout her life, she was known for her deep love of cooking and the warmth she brought to every interaction. Her kitchen was often a place of comfort and joy, where meals were shared and memories made. Pamela had a remarkable ability to form heartfelt connections with everyone she encountered, leaving lasting impressions through her kindness and genuine spirit.
She is lovingly remembered by her parents, Norma Miracle and Clarence (Tammy) Moliere; her children, Brittney Provens, Chad Provens, and Nicholas Chubb; and her cherished grandchildren: Nicholas M. Chubb (affectionately known as Bubby), Delilah Chubb, Kadence Provens, Ella Provens, Addalin Provens, and Jiakese Jones. Pamela also leaves behind her siblings: Marcus (Mychal) Provens, Christopher (April) Provens, and Shania (Gray) Ward.
Pamela’s life was enriched by the presence of dear friends who stood by her side through the years—Denetra Sanford, Geneva Appleton,Megan Robinson-Givner, Chrisey Hogan, and Denise Cheatom Auntie Beulah Provens an host of godchildren —each sharing in the laughter and love that defined so much of her journey she was a woman of embracing with a heart of gold.
She now joins in rest her beloved son Karl Kevin Provens; grandparents Ernest and Clinese Provens and Willie Tucker; as well as special friends Albert Sanford, Alfred (Nick) Chubb, Tammy Evans, and Aquanette Cox.
Pamela’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her—through every shared meal, every warm embrace, and every moment of connection she so generously offered. May her memory bring comfort to all who mourn her passing. A Wake will be held on July 7, 2025, from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM at Rudder Funeral Home 716 South Broad Street.
