Pearl Beatrice Owens Lawson, 74 of Stevenson, AL died September 3, 2008 at Huntsville Hospital. She was a retired winder-twister from Avondale Carpet Mill.
Mrs. Lawson was preceded in death by her husband James Bogart Lawson; parents Walker Missouri and Maudie Lee Hodges Owens; 7 brothers, 2 sisters and a half sister.
She is survived by her children: James Bogart (Myong) Lawson, Jr. of Stevenson, Thomas (Kathy) Lawson of Bridgeport, AL, Teresea (Toney) Rich of Stevenson; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Thursday, 5-9 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral will be Friday, September 5, at 2 PM CDT at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at the Cawlfield Cemetery in Stevenson.
