Mrs Peggy Joyce Beard's Obituary
Mrs. Peggy Joyce Beard 82 of Scottsboro passed away at her home on Wednesday May 6, 2026 following a brief illness. Peggy is survived by her sons Scott (Reagan) Beard and
Zane (Amber) Beard, grandchildren Lane, Cylee, Devin and Lily Beard. Sisters Mary Nell Bell, Bobby Manning, Linda Peacock, Kathy (Royce) Ogle. Peggy was preceded in death by her Husband Billy Hodges Beard.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday May 9, 2026 at Cedar Hill Cemetery
at 11 AM with Dr. Matt Helms officiating.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to St Jude Children's Hospital
or to a charity of your choice. Rudder Funeral Home Scottsboro is in charge of arrangements.
