Richard Odell Brown Sr.'s Obituary
Richard Odell Brown, Sr., age 92 of Scottsboro, AL, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Cloverdale Manor Nursing Home. He is survived by his son, Richard Jr (Rick) and Brenda Brown; grandchildren, Scott Brown and Crystal Hanna; great-grandson, Rodd Hanna; as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, R.V. and Esther Brown; first wife, Mildred Sue Ferguson Brown; second wife, Betty Jean Hutcheson; great-grandson, Alex Hanna; siblings, Hazel Stanley, Estee Hullett, Rudell Brown, Burma Wooten, Clara Mae Edmondson, and Vernon Brown. Visitation for Mr. Brown will be Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 12-2 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. The funeral service will begin at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro.
