Richard Matthew Rodgers “Tater”, age 46, of Scottsboro, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Richard is survived by his mother: Jane Rodgers; sister: Deanna (Shawn) Knoblauch; aunt: Jean Darwin; cousin: Karen Darwin; uncles: Lonnie (Margaret) Gray; Earl Gray; aunts: Mary Clayde Hodges, Rose Gray, Virginia Harden; and other Relatives, Family and Friends.
He is preceded in death by his father: Dean Rodgers; grandparents: Richard and Mattie Lee Rodgers, William C. and Sarah Gray, Jimmy and Carolyn Bolt, Martha Rodgers, Jimmy Lew Rodgers, Nelson Darwin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 5 PM until 8 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro, AL.
Funeral Service for Richard Matthew Rodgers “Tater” will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro, AL with Rev. Donna King officiating.
Burial into Center Point Cemetery will follow immediately after the funeral service.
