Rickey Lee Davis, 58 of Stevenson, AL, died April 14, 2015 at his home. Rickey was the son of the late Harry Lee and Marggie Bell Conner Davis born April 29, 1956 in Stevenson. He was a retired moulder with Jacobs Mfg. Rickey was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Patricia Paulette Davis; siblings: John Lee Davis and Sandra Loretta Brown.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years Myra Elizabeth Etherton Davis; children: Vickie (Freeman Scott) Davis of Stevenson; Denise (Terry) Winters of Bridgeport, AL, Raymond (Paula) Smith of GA, Kim (Curtis Paul) Davis of GA, Anthony Smith of Scottsboro, AL, Steven Smith of GA; 29 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; siblings: Diane (Hugh Lee) Foshee of Scottsboro, Robbie Davis of Pisgah, AL, Lucy Margienell (William) Nix of OK, Harry William (Jan) Davis of Bridgeport, Robert Wade Davis, Thomas Harold Davis and Bobby Joe Davis all of MI; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Tuesday 5-9 PM and Wednesday 2-9 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral service will be Thursday, April 16, at 2 PM at the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Brandon Evans. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Bridgeport, AL. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com.
