Rozanne Durham Cox's Obituary
Rozanne Durham Cox, age 90 of Scottsboro, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016. She retired from TVA after working as a nurse at Nickajack Dam for 25 years.
She and her family have been life-long residents of Scottsboro. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Mr. S.C. and Annie Cox; her siblings, Jack, Jasper, and Dorris; and the love of her life, Johnny Pierce.
Rozanne is survived by nieces, Cathy Cox (Robert) Hart and son Clay of Lake Alfred, FL, Ann Cox Peckham and daughter Lauren of Jacksonville, FL, Jerri Martin and Jackie Blackburn, Patricia Bradshaw, Wendy Bradshaw, CJ Holiday, Marsha Cox (Stanley) Allison and children, Megan and Michael Jiles; nephew, Bill Cox of Winterhaven, FL; and special loved ones, Jean Utter, Nancy Sisk Gilliam, and Betty Sisk Esslinger.
Rudder Funeral home is taking care of the arrangements. The burial will be a graveside service at Cedar Hill Cemetery on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 2 o'clock.
