I miss Rubye so much. She always sat at my table at our Telephone Retirees Luncheons. I looked forward to seeing her every month. I am so glad for the opportunity I had to get to know her and will always hold on to the good memories we shared.
I had the privilege of serving with Rubye on the E-911 Board of Directors. We installed the service in Jackson County. She was a great leader. She gave 100% to everything she was involved in. She loved her community and gave unlimited time and money to make it a better place. A great lady indeed. She will be missed. My heartfelt condolences to the family.
