Shirley was such a wonderful person and my life was richer for knowing her. She was much more than a friend; she was family. She was gracious and kind. Years ago when I was selected to ride the FHA float she took me to the salon to get my hair done. I never felt as beautiful as I did that day. She gave of herself in so many ways. She will be missed in so many ways. God bless keep and comfort her family.
