Shirley Joan "Joann" Hass, age 84 of Scottsboro, AL., passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
She is survived by her sons: Ricky Hass and Robbie (Sharon) Hass; grandchildren: Whitney Hass and Heath Hass; great grandson: Memphis Thompson; brothers: Billy (Shirley) Matthews and Kenneth “Spud” (Patricia) Matthews; sister: Virginia “Ginger” (Tom) Brewer; Several nieces and nephews; special friends: Kathy Venable and Coty (Andrew) Phillips.
Shirley Joan Hass was preceded in death by her husband: Shorty Hass; Parents: Buster & Ruth Matthews; sisters: Jane Matthews and Joyce Hopper; great granddaughter: Emma Ray Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 5 PM – 9 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro, AL.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 1 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home ~ Chapel in Scottsboro, AL, with burial into Pinehaven Memorial Gardens, Hollywood, AL.
