Ms. Sue Allen Ward's Obituary
Ms. Sue Allen Ward, age 73 of Scottsboro, AL, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016. She was a member of Lighthouse Ministries, and also had a love of playing Bingo. Ms. Ward is survived by her son, Bruce (Pam) Ward; daughter, Sharon (George “Pee-wee”) Mason; daughter-in-law, Cherrie Ward; grandchildren, Leslie Ward, Niki (JB) Bice, Kelli (Brad) Gardner, Bentley (Torrie) Ward, Adam (Christina) Mason, Andy (Jess) Mason; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Roger (Susan) Allen; and sister, Minnie (Bill) Peek. She is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Vesta Allen; husband, Billy Joe Ward, Sr.; son, Billy Joe “Joey” Ward, Jr.; and sister, Mary Sis Wallingsford. Visitation for Ms. Ward will be Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 6-9 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. The funeral service will be Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 1 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Clines officiating and burial to follow at Gold Cemetery.
