Tommy Rex Rogers' Obituary
Tommy Rex Rogers, 78 of Bridgeport, AL, died June 30, 2019 at his home. Tommy was a Bridgeport High School Graduate Class of '59 and was a retired electrician with Tennessee Alloys. He attended Calvary Baptist Church in Stevenson, AL. Visitation will be Monday, 5-8 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, July 2, at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel officiated by Bro. Brandon Evans and Bro. Ronnie Case. Interment will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by his parents Rex and Bernice Ivey Rogers; brothers: Jimmy and Bobby Rogers.
Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years Edna Janeway Rogers; children: Darrell (Margie) Rogers, Kevin (Tammy) Rogers; grandchildren: Nathaniel Rogers, Benjamin (Holly Kirk) Rogers, Blake (Brittany) Rogers, Matt Rogers; great-grandchildren: Braydon Rogers, Heidi Rogers, Brooklyn Rogers, Grace Smith, Gabrielle Rogers, Nikolai "Rex" Rogers, beloved pet Bella; and other relatives.
