Troy Ray Pemberton's Obituary
Troy Ray Pemberton, 64 of Bridgeport, AL, took his heavenly flight December 12, 2019. He is now at peace with his Lord and Savior. Troy served in the U.S. Army and had worked as an industrial inspector with GE and NASA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Defell and Mary Pemberton; sisters: Linda Cross, Imogene Smith; nephew Kelly Smith; great-nephew Dakota Blackwell.
Left to cherish his memory his survivors: wife of 25 years Linda Pemberton; daughter Heather (Brian) Payne; two sons Chris (Helen) Pemberton, Michael (Keisha) Pemberton; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers J.C. Pemberton, John Pemberton; sisters Wilma (David) Vann, Peggy Walker; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, friends, brothers and sisters in Christ.
Visitation will be Saturday 12-8 at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The Funeral Service will be Sunday, December 15, at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Gary Bone and Rev. Sam Whited. Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard will provide military honors at Rocky Springs Cemetery.
