Mr. Truman Cecil Looney passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 at Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th from 6-9PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 5th beginning at 2:00PM at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Goosepond Cemetery.
