Vera Evelyn Chapman's Obituary
Vera Evelyn Chapman, age 82 of Scottsboro, passed away on January 31, 2016. She is survived by her son, Loyd (Gail) Chapman of Scottsboro; daughter, Carol (Brian) Boardman of Harvest; grandchildren, Samantha Zinnel and Jessica Patterson; great-grandchildren, Glen Born, Lexi Born, and Kyleigh Boardman; brother, Otis Pace; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, Houston Chapman; parents, Joe and Johnnie Pace; brothers, JB Pace and Robert Pace; and sister, Inez Reeves. Visitation for Ms. Chapman is Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. The funeral service is Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Michael Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at Bluesprings-Hall Cemetery in Larkinsville.
