Virginia Etta Rich's Obituary
Virginia Etta Rich, 92 of Stevenson, AL, died May 11, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital. Virginia was the daughter of the late Andy Guess and Mary Etta Payne Rich born April 4, 1925 in Orme, TN. She had worked at Piggly Wiggly 27 years as a meat processor. Virginia was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Stevenson. She loved growing flowers and working in the yard.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Jane Wynn, William "Cotton" Rich, Edith Wilson, Della Summers, Lizzie Belle Walker, Marion "Bud" Rich, and James Fred Rich.
Virginia was survived by her devoted best friend Uza Rich and loved by a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Sunday, 4-8 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The Funeral Service will be Monday, May 15, at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Longacre Cemetery. www..rudderfuneralhomes.com
