Waco C. "Sonny" Roberts, age 71 of Scottsboro, passed away at his residence on Sunday, September 11, 2016. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 5-8 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 12 Noon at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens with Bro. Sammy Thomas officiating. Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife, Lois Roberts; two nieces, Sherry Kelley and Jo Ann Perry; as well as several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Deallie Roberts; one sister, Ilene Stewart; two brothers, Hulan Roberts and Roscoe Roberts. Condolences may be made at www.rudderfuneralhomes.com.
