Walter Albert Rowe Sr.'s Obituary
Walter Albert Rowe, Sr., 76, of Stevenson, AL, died August 13, 2018 at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Albert was the son of the late Paul Bradley and Grace Beatrice Crabtree Rowe, born July 21, 1942 in Stevenson, AL. He was a Stevenson High School Graduate Class of 1961 and married Henrietta Kelley December 16, 1961. He had worked at Beaulieu of America for 21 years as an electrician .
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Paul "Footsie" Rowe, Jr., Eugene "Bud" Rowe, Ruby Faye Click, Frances Kate Rowe and father-in-law Henry "Buddy" Kelley.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years Henrietta Kelley Rowe; children: Wally and Mary Rowe; Joey and Annette Brown; grandchildren: Zack and Rikki Rowe, Seth Rowe, Kelley and Kristy Jones, Maegan and Patrick Ferguson; great-grandchildren: Madi Grace Rowe, Hudson Tate Rowe; Blake Wright, Kyle Wright, Ashlyn Ferguson, Kolbey Ferguson, Dylan Ferguson; mother-in-law Edna Kelley. nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 3-8 at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The Funeral Service will be Thursday, August 16, at 3 PM in the funeral home chapel officiated by Bro. Dwight Everett and Bro. Josh Posey. Interment will be in Stevenson City Cemetery. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
