Wanda Faye Randolph McCutchen, 71 of Bridgeport, AL, died July 4, 2016 at her home. Wanda was the daughter of the late Hugh G. and Helen Grace LeRoy Randolph, born January 3, 1945 in Bridgeport, AL. Wanda was a Class of 63 Bridgeport High School Graduate. She had worked as an IT Supporter for 25 years at TVA Widows Creek Steam Plant, as well as Chattanooga and Bellefonte. She was a member of TVA Retirees Assoc., Harmony Grove Baptist Church, sang in community choirs and had been a substitute teacher at Bridgeport Elementary and Middle Schools.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Milford "Red" Aaron McCutchen; parents Hugh and Helen Randolph; father-in-law and mother-in-law Burkett and Burnell McCutchen; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Jimmy Wright, Lathan McCutchen, Lyndell McCutchen, Gaynell Smith, Virginia Dean; special sister/friend Virginia Gilliam.
Survivors include: her children: Doug McCutchen, Donna (Pete) Sartin; grandchildren: Devin Bearden, Branden McCutchen, Adam McCutchen, Rachel Champion, Chris Champion; great-grandson Ryder McElroy; brother Hugh "Tarzan" (Sandra) Randolph; sisters: Susie (J.D.) Richardson, Carolyn (Greg) Brown, Eileen (Barry) Cooper; sister-in-law Wilma Rowell; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 4-8 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The funeral service will be Thursday, July 7, at 1 PM CDT in the funeral home chapel officiated by Bro. Kenneth Brown, Jr. and Bro. Heath McCutchen. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
