William Woodrow Helton, Jr., 64 of Jasper, TN, died December 29, 2014 at Parkridge West Hospital in Jasper. William was the son of the late William and Edith Pauline Smith Helton born February 9, 1950 in South Pittsburg, TN. He was a graduate of Bridgeport High School and was a U.S. Marine Vietnam Veteran having been awarded a Purple Heart Medal. Besides his parents, Williams was preceded in death by his son William Woodrow Helton III.
Survivors include his siblings: Christine Theis, John Thomas Helton and Teresa (Rickey) Hartley; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
