Elder Worley Tom Kelly Allen, 84 of Stevenson, AL, died February 22, 2011 at Huntsville Hospital. Worley was the son of the late Sherman and Lottie Mae Moore Allen born June 6, 1926 in Madison County Alabama. Mr. Allen preached 49 years having pastored White Rock P.B. Church for 23 years, Oak Grove P.B. Church; Assoc. Pastor of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church; Interim Pastor of Mt. Olive P.B. Church in South Pittsburg, TN; and member of Shiloh P. B. Baptist Church in Hollywood, AL. Mr. Allen retired after 33 years as a molder at Lodge Mfg. Survivors include children: Rex (Lola) Allen of Riceville, TN, James Allen of Chattanooga, TN, Margaret "Jo" Fletcher of South Pittsburg, TN and Laura Jean Allen of Huntsville, AL; 12 Grandchildren; 12 Great-Grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; siblings: George Allen of Decatur, AL, Michael (Sandra) Allen of Athens, AL and Rosie Thompson of Decatur, AL; brother-in-law Charles Savage; sisters-in-law Amy Henry, Winnie Matthews and Hattie Allen; 8 devoted nieces and 4 nephews. Besides his parents; Worley was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years Beulah Mae Savage Allen; daughter Lottie Delois Henry; son Jesse Allen; grandchildren: Angel Allen, Michelle Steger and Catelyn Allen; siblings: Sherman Allen and Rosie Allen. The family will receive friends Friday, 7-8 PM CT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral service will be Saturday, February 26, at 1 PM CT at the funeral home chapel officiated by nephew Elder George Allen, Jr. Interment will be at Cross Cemetery in Stevenson, AL. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
