Moma Jessie was my mommy and I loved her dearly. My family and I will ALWAYS miss her, but she lives in our heart FOREVER. I remember Mrs. Jessie Mae when I was younger and Daddie (James Nicholson) was in the Quartet and I went to work at JC. Hospital. She was a wonderful loving woman that shared knowledge and love for her family and others. She taught me about carding for people and their needs. I know that her legacy will be recorded n the books of time. Prayers to the family from our family n Texas during your loss may God give you comfort.
I was blessed to know ms Jessie, she taught me a lot when I worked with her in the 70's at the hospital... I loved how she worked so hard, how she always had a beautiful smile... And she always say, no one is less than or better than you... Some of the staff wouldn't speak, and she would speak anyway... . I use some of the knowledge that I learn from and my mother everyday..
