CJ, my friend and team member, Andrea, Smilla and I are deeply sorry and very sad that we lost such a great business partner, team member and friend. You supported me so often, you asked me every time the right questions to lead me to a better way or idea. You have been always a smiling team member and so often late in the night after a hard day we laughed together and enjoyed these great peaches you brought or the wonderful cakes from Carolyn. Smilla had so many fun to build your bird house, we will erect it in Germany and we will feed the birds here and remembering you…. And buy the way, I still have one can of these wonderful peanuts, I will prepare a special evening with beer and your peanuts. CJ we miss you!!

CJ was a good friend, a great supervisor and a Godly man. I enjoyed the year I spent working for him at the ThyssenKrupp steel mill in Calvert, Alabama. I learned many things from him that have made me a better scheduler and a better person. I will miss him tremendously.
