Mr. Hall will be greatly missed. I always enjoyed a quick word with him when shopping. Your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers. If I or my family can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us. Again, my condolences.

Mr Hall will definitely be missed by the towns of both Bridgeport & South Pittsburg. We have indeed lost a great pillar of both our communities. My thoughts & prayers go out to his wonderful family. I will miss getting to see & talk to Mr Hall at Cracker Barrel. May God Bless & watch over his family, friends & loved ones during this trying time.

It was always a pleasure to go into Hammers and see Cobb, Emily and Mike. I always felt like they appreciated our shopping with them and bringing in our out of town guest through the years. When we are making out schedules for our out of town guest, they always ask when we will be going to Hammers. Emily and Mike have an excellent staff to help them, but Cobb will surely be missed by all who have ever known him. We are praying for you and your family, Emily. God bless you.

Dear Emily, Karen, John and Mike, There's so many fond memories I have of Uncle John involving lots of fun and laughter -- always set in his warm and cheerful disposition. I know the days ahead will be hard, but I pray there will be growing comfort as you discern more and more of his legacy of love and faithfulness. Praying for you now, that you feel God's presence in ways beyond comprehension. We love you! Jennifer, Larry, Laura, Daniel and Audrey Love
I was shocked to hear the news of Mr. Hall passing but at the same time had a peace come over me as if God was speaking to me and telling me that everything is going to be ok. What a friend he always was every single time our passes crossed. I was so blessed to have grown up around the Hall family and even work out in the hay fields with all the fellows and at the store during my late teen years. The many great times of hard work in the barn & at the store and then being able to cool off in pool in the late evening will forever remain in my memory. I was always treated just like family each and everytime i came around. I will forever always cherish the fact that not only was Mr. Hall a great friend and boss, but a Christian role model for not only me but hundreds of young people that we're raised up @ First Baptist Church-South Pittsburg for so many, many years. i understand what it's like to loss your earthly father, i still miss mine everyday, some 11+ years later, but i assure you that God will walk with you, John, Mike & Karen, as well as you Mrs. Hall every step of the way as time moves forward. I sure wish I had at least one more opportunity to tell your father how much he has meant to me all these years but please know that he had a tremendous positive impact not only on me but hundreds of other people too. My prayers will include you all these next few days and weeks ahead. I am hear for any of you if you need me.

Cobb always had a smile and na good word for me and my family whenever we returned to So Pittsburg to visit. His first words were always "what's your mom cooking?" Our daughter Lisa enjoyed helping around the store when she was there visiting my mother Mrs. Bennett who worked there. God bless all of you for being such great people and true standard bearers for God!
Dear Emily, Karen, John & Mike, I am so sad to learn of your great loss. Cobb was a fine man and was so very proud of his family. Every time I went into the store he showed me pictures of his grandchildren and I would show him my grandson. You are in my prayers. May God comfort and bless you. Love all of you. Susie Durham Wills.
