Mary Ruth Arnette Sheppard's Obituary
Mary Ruth Arnette Sheppard, age 89, of Scottsboro, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at the family home on Roseberry Creek. Her family legacy includes her survivors. Her siblings, Bob Arnette (Peggy), Hazel Carey (Jack), Ben Arnette (Janie), and Tom Arnette (Chris); her daughters, Gwen Camaratta (Frank), Gale Taylor (Jim), Gina Tek (Art), Gill Reed (Elijah), Geri Looney (Dale). She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Madison Sheppard, her parents, Ben and Audrey Arnette, brothers, James and Alexander Arnette, and sister, Sarah Arnette Arnold; 17 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 20 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home. A second visitation will be at Broad Street Church of Christ one hour before the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Services will be held at Broad Street Church of Christ, Thursday, May 21, at 11:00 a.m. with Terry Broome and Tony Arnold officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
