We were saddened to hear of Roy’s passing. My husband,EJ Brown, and Gladys are first cousins and we basically saw them at family gatherings. They were such a lovely couple. The last few times I saw Roy was at Foot Care Solutions, where we had back to back appointments for several months. We were then able to “catch up” on family happenings. Roy loved growing his peaches, and we were happy to eat them! He was a very sweet personable, friendly, respectful, loving man of God. I’ll always remember his sweet smiling face when we met up with him. I pray God will wrap His loving arms around Gladys, Tim and other family and friends , bringing peace, comfort, and understanding.~~EJ & Brenda Brown~~Section
So sorry for your loss! I never met him but from the stories Ive heard, he was a great man!

A friend of mine lost her 11 year old son in a four wheeler accident and Mr. Roy stopped and prayed for comfort immediately the day it happened. He had such a beautiful heart. I’ll forever be thankful to have known him.
Roy was our mother, Hazel Thompson Davis' first cousin. She passed away in June of 2023 but she always spoke so highly of Roy and his siblings. She had fond memories of times with her cousins. We are saddened to learn of Roy's passing but I am sure they are reminiscing on Heavens shores now. We are praying for the family left behind here below.
