Pawpaw Sammie I hate that we've lost you here with us but rejoicing in the knowledge that you are with Mawmaw Peggy & my sweet Ashleigh. Please give my girl a tight hug & kiss for me. I am gonna miss you but I've got the best memory from our trip to Murfreesboro last year with Alyissa, I hadn't laughed like we did for so long and I'm thankful to have got to spend time with you and you getting to be with Alyissa. We love you and until we meet again you fly high. One more thing ROLL TIDE!!! I love you and gonna miss you xox

It sure was good to see you all Monday night and renew old acquaintances and meet
new family members. Even though I haven't saw him in going on 60 years I thought
about him regularly, how he was doing and what was going on with him. Sammie
was one of my best buds in school and a member of the Dynamic Quartet of
