Sammie Q. Stallings of Rossville, GA., age 76 passed away in Jackson County, Alabama on Sunday September 08, 2019.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Peggy Hamilton Stallings; son: Rogers Stallings; granddaughter: Ashleigh Lusk; father: Edward Stallings and mother: Lucille Long Stallings.
Mr. Stallings is survived by his sons: Tim Stallings of Madison, AL and James (Sherrie) Stallings of Henagar, AL, step son: Leon Lusk of Rossville, GA, step daughter: Pam Lusk of Rossville, GA, Many Grand, Great Grand, and nieces and nephews; sisters: Doris (Jose) Ibarra, Carol (Ed) Karnes of Scottsboro, AL, Glenda Blizard of Jasper, TN and Sandra (Leland) Cook of Scottsboro, AL.
Sammie was a great Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle and Friend and Die Hard Bama Fan.
The family will receive friends on Monday September 09, 2019 from 4 PM – 8 PM Tuesday September 10, 2019 from 10 AM until 3 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro, Alabama.
Funeral service for Mr. Sammie Q. Stallings will follow immediately after visitation at 3 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home – Chapel in Scottsboro, AL with Bro. Jeff Watkins officiating.
Burial will follow into Pleasant View Cemetery in Dutton, AL.
