Dear Uncle Lloyd and family: Thinking of you and sending prayers of love, comfort and peace. What a joyful time it must have been in Heaven when Aunt Sandi joined that choir of angels with her beautiful voice. I am sure that Muzzy was playing the piano and singing along, as well. It was a day she had often spoke about -- the day she would finally be reunited with Ryan! Although we are left behind to grieve, we must remember that she's waiting for us with the rest of our loved ones to join them and experience that same kind of happiness -- in a magnitude so great that our human hearts can not comprehend. I have sooo many wonderful memories of Aunt Sandi. I remember being just a little kid in Moweaqua, and thinking she made the best sloppy joes EVER! I remember how she loved to laugh and be silly! I remember her always making a big deal about prom, and making us promise to stop in so that she could take pictures...at the time, it seemed way more important to her than to us, but then again -- that was Aunt Sandi! I remember the beautiful solos she would sing in the Easter and Christmas cantata's at church -- "you gotta sing it from your heart", is what she used to tell me all the time! Lastly, I will be eternally grateful to Aunt Sandi for taking my sister under her wing after our mother died. Being miles away, it gave me a great sense of peace to know that she was there, providing comfort and truly understanding the pain of losing a mother who was loved dearly. Her passing will definitely leave a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all now and in the days ahead.
