Sandra Lynn May Rose, 61 of Stevenson, AL died August 23, 2010 at Huntsville Hospital.
Sandra was the daughter of the late George William and Joan Wiseley May born December 10, 1948 in Lincoln, IL. She enjoyed serving guests at her Rose Cottage Tearoom in Stevenson. Mrs. Rose attended the Edgefield Baptist Church in Stevenson, AL and South Venice Baptist Church in Venice, FL.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Ryan Cayl Rose and sister Marsha Jo May.
Survivors include: husband Lloyd Andrew Rose of Stevenson, AL; sons: Michael Patrick (Wendy) Rose of Venice, FL, Mark Andrew (Missy) Rose of Smith's Station, AL; grandchildren: Jacob Michael Rose, Alexandria Dawn Rose, Jordan Melissa Rose, Coleman Gregory Rose; sister Pamela Sue (Stephen) Erickson of Glasgow, KY, niece and nephew Heidi Jo Erickson, Ryan Scott Erickson and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 26, 10 AM-12 Noon at Edgefield Baptist Church in Stevenson, AL (two hours prior to the service). A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 12 Noon at Edgefield Baptist Church officiated by Bro. Dustin Henshaw and Bro. David Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sandy Rose Memorial Fund at First Southern State Bank in Stevenson, AL.
